We led a service and UX design project that reframed the future of client services at JPM’s Cyber Security & Risk division and identified and designed solutions for the as-yet unmet needs of 300 employees across 4 continents.

We redesigned the internal software store, used by over 9,000 engineers worldwide. The updated design greatly improved usability and engagement, resulting in a significant reduction in time to market of time to market for hundreds of applications.
